Custom Tours

Amber Road Tours organizes private tours throughout Italy for groups of friends and family (minimum 10 participants, 7 days) who wish to travel together.

Your itinerary can be an adaptation of one of our package tours or can be designed to fit your requests, timetable, budget and desired destinations.

Tours for large groups are best scheduled 9 months or more in advance. This will insure that we find availability at our preferred hotels and the best rooms within those hotels. For smaller groups, or for tours scheduled between October and April, less planning time will be necessary.

If members of your group want to visit the major cities (Rome, Venice, Naples) on their own before or after the tour, we can recommend hotels and itineraries as well as arranging train tickets and local guides.
