Credit Card Payment FAQ

For payment systems to work properly, you must use a version of the browser (Netscape or Explorer) 4.0 or later, and in which the "cookies" function is enabled.

 

1. I sent the tour registration form but the bank page didn’t appear.  What can I do?

   Click this link, fill in your name and the amount of your deposit – that should take you to the bank page for the rest of the process.

2. My payment with my Mastercard was denied and I checked with my bank and they said that there shouldn’t have been any problem. 

   Call your Master Card issuer. You'll find their number on your monthly statement.

3. I’m having difficulty paying with my Visa card.

   All Visa credit cards are valid on the international credit card circuit. However, for security purposes some require that you inform your bank and/or card issuer before making payment.
   If you don’t already have it you may also be requested to activate the Verified by Visa feature for secure online purchases (it’s free and takes two minutes online).
   Sometimes the international credit card circuit server is down for servicing and you will need to try again an hour or more later.

If all else fails use a different card or pay via bank wire.
